GC TOOTH MOUSSE PLUS

GC Tooth Mousse Plus is a topical tooth crème that helps to strengthen and rejuvenate the tooth structure. The Tooth Mousse Plus binds calcium and phosphate to the surfaces of the tooth, resulting in a stronger crystalline structure. The presence of Recaldent (a casein derived protein), helps replace the minerals lost as a result of bacterial metabolism. This protects the tooth from decay and erosion.

INDICATIONS

• To transform the visual opacity of white spot lesions to a more natural tooth-like translucency.
• To restore the mineral balance in patients with salivary deficiency such as xerostomia.
• For extra protection for patients who suffer from aggressive caries and loss of tooth structure from dental erosion and accelerated tooth wear following head and neck radiotherapy.
• During and/or after orthodontics.

DIRECTIONS

• The creme is applied to tooth surfaces once or twice a day (depending on the dentist’s prescription) and left for 3 minutes. 
• The tongue is then used to spread the applied creme throughout the mouth and held for a further 1-2 minutes.
• The longer GC Tooth Mousse and saliva are maintained in the mouth, the more effective the result.
• The patient expectorates and if possible avoids rinsing.  Any creme remaining on the surface can be left to gradually dissipate. 
• Patient is advised not to eat or drink 30 minutes following application.
