  • These unique devices have 2 extra-long arms, allowing for the possibility of anterior support and ensuring excellent stability and maximum comfort in any configuration.
  • The expander can be placed in the standard position, with a laser-marked arrow and max-expansion length visible to the user, or in the upside down position, indicated by 2 laser-marked arrows, in order to reduce the space occupied by the expander arms if the jaw is especially narrow.
  • The A0621 screws can also be used to obtain dental expansion in the lower jaw.
